Well, whadyer know!! Since my last post all my have returned - it seems on a 24/7 basis, touch wood. They have been there for about a week now and after a couple of retunes I have finally managed to get a complete set. Not only that but my pointing at has started to pick up signals from , so that I can now get as well as South regional programmes. All is forgiven - but what will happen if it rains? I think father is doing better as well but I can't be sure because I'm not monitoring him that closely.

Mux1 and MuxB are shown as max power, yet BBC1 and 2 have a blurrred quality ( wins hands down), though BBC4 is fine. Yet Mux 2 is shown as low power, but Ch4 picture quality is fine. I had been assuming that BBC1/2 poor quality was due to low power signal that would improve when analogue is turned off. Now, I wonder if this is as good as it gets?

This is Winchester, external , using a Sony tuner/hard drive recorder, into a Philips 28in CRT set.

I currently have an 'A' class & I get 100% strength on my . Will my signal strength improve after the swithover in March 2012 & will I still be able to get all the freeview + the HD channels?

From 7.30PM to 10 PM last night (27.4.11) I was unable to receive ITV1 freeview and a few adjacent . Same fault detected on all 3 freeview TV's.
I switched to and ITV1 atarted OK but after a short period the picture had considerable moire - bad enough that it was difficult to watch the Real Madrid v Barcelona match!
Today I investigated the 'fault' but freeview and analogue were OK again.
Presumably a fault at ?
