I have installed o brand new on the chimney of a a 2 story detatched house, i have 60 db on the when i go to the front room it drops to 50db ( length approx 4 meters)i can get all the and they are great but cannot receive any digital channels at all ?

Ben whitehouse: Assuming you are pointing the at . I would suggest you use -grade to connect the aerial to the set-top box.

Have a new installed on the chimney, can't receive any correctly. BBC just freezes and ITV and 4 + 5 with nothing but blank screen.
Aerial company take your money but refuse to assist any further. I paid for digital , but now three weeks with no TV at all. Help.
Tried two boxes, leads and coax leads. Still no good. Is it me? or have I been sold goods not fit for sevice? Sick of digital aready.

Up untill 2 weeks ago I happily received ESPN (34) Sky Sports 1 (41) and 2 (42)from through the sports package offered by TopUp TV. Now I have lost channels 41 and 42 completely, and on each retune of 3 different boxes and sets in the house they all perform the same jumping from Quest (38) to Gems TV (43. Sky News on 82 has also vanished, but ESPN on 34 works fine! What is happening? Top Up TV say they are broadcasting my Sky but UK can comment on Sky, they say. Any please?

I have two tvs running off the same . One Tv picks up all perfectly, whilst the other will not tune in to any of the BBC channels or Sky news channel, despite using the same aerial, and retuning after clearing all previous channels. All the other Freeview channels tuned in fine though.
Digital appears to be excellent from the Kimberley , which is only 5 miles away.
I asked Digital UK for, but they appeared baffled too!
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Please post a question, answer or commentIf you have Freeview reception problems before posting a question your must first do this Freeview reset procedure then see: Freeview reception has changed, Single frequency interference, and Freeview intermittent interference.

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
