Can you clear a point up for me? they say there is no such thing as a digital aerial, so in the past when a customer rang saying can you fit me a digital aerial I would tell them there was no such thing what you call them are yagi aerials, not wanting to get my self in trouble with trading standers ,this became a bit boring so I stared saying yes we do fit digital aerials, are we braking any trading standards saying this ?

Thanks for that clears it up a bit. I do remember on dig we were subs for them, you had Johnny Vagus and his monkey telling everybody you could fit them faster than taking your cloths off! that bit the dust quick, the set top boxes were terrible things to tune .

go and get a freesat box they connect up same as sky box,s and they are not to costly, if you cancel multiroom with sky you mite loose some channels because sky will switch the card up stairs off.Tom Fletcher .Alpha Aerials Sheffield

Had this one before with flats fitted with single output systems, if you use a sky+ they seem to act up a lot, try fitting a single input or standard sky box, it seems to happen when you flick through channels a lot, don't know if sky will bring you one if you tell them what's happening, apart from that the only thing it can be is the system fitted to the block is faulty in some way, have you talked to other people in the block about it

Hey Adrain
what I dont understand is whey were they messing with aerial cables when they were supposed to be fitting a dish for you? did you not explain to them what you wanted first before any work was done , sounds a bit funny to me you should have sent them packing before it started going down hill,if I go to a customer the first thing I do is listen to what the customer wants then explain where every thing goes agree on a price and get on with the job ,they must be cheap scates if they can,t afford a 24volt drill, and 3 of them turn up to fit a dish!name and shame that's what you need to do,,, Tom Fletcher Alpha Aerials Sheffield.

Digital reception is no good from a loft aerial the aerial must be out side on the highest part of your house. Tom Fletcher Alpha Aerials Sheffield.
