Cornholme (Calderdale, England) Freeview Light transmitter

Earlier today there were programmes broadcasting on the Cornholme relay albeit with occasional picture pixellations (ongoing for most of the time over the last few weeks or so) when i was watching the television around 12pm.But around 2pm when i turned my television back on to watch some programming, there are and still are no programmes broadcast since on mulitplexes 49,54 and 58 on the Cornholme relay.I know there was a brief power cut in my locality around 1.30pm today Thursday 26 July 2018,but i wonder if that brief power outage did affect the Cornholme relay as such.Postcode OL14 8QD,flat number 62 (ground floor flat) yet where i reside there is an external communal vertical polarised TV aerial which i have to use, directed at the Cornholme relay as i am unable to receive any decent signal from my current abode with my internal set top aerial directed at the Cornholme relay.Any further information will be of use regarding this matter.Mark Fletcher.

Pendle Forest (Lancashire, England) Full Freeview transmitter

Is it possible for me to receive terrestrial TV signals (vertical polarisation) from the Pendle Forest main relay at my location which is postcode OL14 8QD (Flat No 62) if i were to erect either an external X Beam Group A aerial or Yagi Group A aerial on top of a communal flats roof where i currently reside ? My current scenario is that there is a limited choice of TV terrestrial signals coming from the Cornholme light relay (vertical polarisation) which i am currently receiving by a nearby external communal aerial mounted on a roof in a low rise block of flats where i i currently reside.Any valuable real experts advice is truly appreciated.Mark Fletcher in Portsmouth Village Todmorden Lancashire.
