Hi jb and thanks for that. Is there any box on the market that will enable me to record, pause,rewind and ff live TV and will I need a subscription card of any sort?

Hi, Now retired and completely new to this site so please excuse any mistakes. I am fed up paying Sky and am now thinking about free TV. We have a Sky+HD box and Twin Rx SKY dish so can I use this box to receive free HD TV and if so what and from where? Can I record 2 channels if not watching another? Can I record 1 channel whilst watching another? In other words can I continue to use the box as I currently do but without having to pay anything? Think thats it for the moment. Ant help much appreciated but I am a bit of a technophobe so please keep it simple : )
