I am as an AGE UK volunteer helping a customer in a location at IP2, Ipswich. The ARQB multipleax appears to be missing. Thius includes Channels yesterday and 'Film 4' Please could you advise.

Leeds
Post Code LS19 6AL My relative cannot receive ITV3. She could get it prior to DSO.
It now registers as Channel 47 on list, but there is no picture. She is up-to-date with the re-tune.
I have looked at the Emley Moor Tranmitter map and page. I cannot see ITV3 listed.
Advice please.
