I live in a tower block that has just had a sky communal dish installed. unfortunately when i had my sky box installed it comes up no signal, sky says it isn't them, the council say there is nothing wrong with the aerial. could the problem be with my tv? it is only 4 years old (phillips) hd ready. i had a problem with the tv when the digitalswitchover took place (no bbc red button or text) and phillips took the tv for a software upgrade. could this be the problem?
