why is it possible for my Toshiba tv able to continue to receive channel 12 wheras my new Samsung tv will no longer tune to channel 12. This has happened since the digitalswitchover. Previous to switchover both tv's received Channel 12. Both tvs receive the same aerialsignal by means of a distribution amplifir placed in the loft.
