Thanks for your advice, we've tried a bit of repositioning but it didn't give us any better reception and we're already using foil shielded cable.
I'll explore having a look a new aerial or powered splitter. Would a mastheadamplifier do the job (Product: procception proMHD12M - 10dB) with a mains amp within the flat?
