Sue Geen: Do you get the HD channels on 101-114 on your bedroom TV? Forces TV is carried on the COM7 multiplex alongside BBC Four HD and Quest HD, which requires the TV or box to be capable of receiving HD channels.

Mel Nevitt: Your postcode is predicted to have good reception from Llanddona which is only 22km away. You should certainly be able to receive BBC One HD, BBC Two HD, ITV HD, Channel 4 HD & Channel 5 HD on 101-105 as these channels are broadcast from every transmitter. Try going in to the manual tuning option on the TV's menu and do a scan of UHF channel 46.

Francis Brown: If you provide a full postcode we can see what is predicted to be available at your location, or enter it into the checker on Postcode checker - Digital Radio UK to see a list of stations predicted to be available.

Laurence beckford: The Brushford transmitter definitely does broadcast the PSB3 multiplex carrying BBC One HD, BBC Two HD, ITV HD, Channel 4 HD & Channel 5 HD, as these channels are broadcast from every transmitter without exception and there are no faults showing for Brushford. Have you ever been able to receive the HD channels, or how long have they been missing? What make/model TV do you have and does it have the Freeview HD or Freeview Play logo?

Alan Heath: We need a full postcode to check which transmitter you are receiving, however there are no reported faults with the Durris transmitter so it is more likely that the storm has damaged something at your end. Is your aerial still attached and pointing towards the transmitter?

Norman Ainsworth: We need a full postcode to be able to see which transmitter the predicted signal strength at your location. Have you checked in the loft that the aerial is still attached and pointing towards the transmitter? If it's been up there a long time it's possible that the fixings have come loose and the aerial may have moved or fallen down.

Teresa Edwards: If you get in touch with Restore TV (organisation funded by the mobile networks to deal with this kind of problem, see link below) they should be able to send out a free plug-in filter to block the interference.

Dick: The only transmitter broadcasting COM7 (the multiplex which carries Forces TV) predicted to be available is Crystal Palace, approximately 47km due North from your postcode, however poor reception of COM4/5/6 is predicted so you would likely receive far fewer channels. Heathfield (roughly East, 23 km away) is predicted to give a much stronger signal for all other channels/multiplexes. If you look at your aerial it will most likely be pointing East towards Heathfield which is why you aren't receiving Forces TV.

PETER ARMSTRONG: Radio stations are only listed on Sky if the station is broadcast on satellite and the owners have paid the fee to be listed on Sky's EPG.

Jane: This isn't Freesat's website so it is unlikely that anyone from the BBC or Freesat will see your comment here. The BBC Sounds app is available on the newer Freesat 4K boxes, but as the older models haven't been on sale for a couple of years now I wouldn't hold out too much hope of any new apps being added.
