I have no signal and have followed all instructions. I believe surrounding trees are preventing signal reaching dish. This is an annual problem through spring to late autumn. I have paid in the past for dish to be raised or re-alligned but cannot obtain permission to cut down trees. Must I keep calling out aetial experts at great expense or can you help me as a customer?
