My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

! I live in the Burgess Hill area about two miles from
Haywards Heath
and I have never had such bad TV
reception
EVER.
Since digital re-tuning multiple times the reception gets worse and worse. Pixilation occurred all day
yesterday
(Sunday) and is there again today.
My
aerial
is
roof
mounted and was installed in 2008 together with a new tv.
What can I do about it - I cannot watch tv on my tv!!!
