HI BRIANTIST,Ihave connected sky to tv and dvd recorder,all with your help.I have one more problem,the dvdr will not record.I only have one scart on tv and that is in use,is there any way i can get the dvdr to record?The dvdr manual states "this set does not have a modulated channel output it loops through the RF output".Other than this problem I can watch sky and play a dvd no problem.Many thanks

jb38,Hi there,well you are amazing,problem now solved.As you said sods law,last thing checked,have just had cable moved to other spare port and it works.Sorry i have not replied earlier have only just found a neighbour with a long enough ladder.I dont know whether the other port is faulty,it is not an issue now as we have all systems working.Cant thank you enough for your patience and help.

BRIANTIST. Many thanks for all your help,the grandchildren are soooo happy.I was in despair about the magic eye,but yes it really does work.Thank you again.
