Surprise! Surprise! My EPG is restored without any help from me. Which only confirms that someone messed up when the re-scan was instigated.

Panasonic TV.Since the re-scan of 3rd September, my EPG has many gaps in the display, although the programs are still available to view.
I have carried out a scan without the aerial to delete the EPG and re-scanned but the problem persists I see that a lot of viewers have reported the same problem so it is safe to assume that it isn't end-user equipment at fault but a transmission or software problem. ISN'T THERE SUPPOSED TO BE SOMEONE OUT THERE TO SORT OUT PROBLEMS?
