: mike b. Thank you for your advice. Unfortunately my virgin box does not have a hdmi. It would cost around £50 to get a replacement so i will make do with sd for now.

I have virgin cable service and brand new samsung tv with integrated freeview tuner. Why can't i get hd channels. Your advice please
