We too had this problem. So emailed T.E. back on Sat 29th Nov.

We have now re-checked both our receivers (Humax HDR FOX T2 & BT Vision+), & the schedule on the TV's EPG, & indeed all 3 are now working.

Which is good. But, then , I never thought the problem would last forever. As I emailed to True Entertainment:
"The EPG is currently completely blank from now/today up until Wed 3 Dec 2014 at 6am, when the forthcoming programmes can be seen again." So it was a short-term problem.

However, I am a bit tee'd off with True Entertainment, as I emailed them about this - 6 days ago - but they haven't replied, nor even bothered acknowledging the email!! :-(

It would have been nice to know what caused this problem, & therefore if it is likely to happen again. Let alone for the channel to have had the simple courtesy to reply to our enquiry!

Having no schedule on the EPG over those 5 days was a real pain as we couldn't even record any programmes.
