im having real problems with mine. i keep getting no sat , etc i have tried 2 different boxes and have also tried 2 different sky veiwing cards. i went on to the menu and there is an empty box where it should say my signal strength. I was watching tv when it just cut out and nothing seems to be working, could it be that the lead to the dish has come loose, i have 2 sky plus hd boxes one down stairs which is working fine and the one in my room which is not working please.

i have tried everything you have suggested and its not worked? this happened before but it was just the box that had broken but now ive tried 3 different all working boxs in my room and none of them are working please me.p.s i dont have a clue with the techy numbers?
