I moved house recently and there is a pol sat satellitedish here. I hooked up my sky box (not plus) as i thought i would get the free channels through it. But it keeps saying "No satellite signal is being received". I have tried all the steps you have listed on this site and still it does not work. I brought the box to a friends house and plugged it in and it worked fine. The signal strength and quality are both good. Is there anything you could recommend that i could try to resolve this? I appreciate any suggestions you might have!!
