I can confirm that I have absolutely no signal whatsoever in inputs 1 or 2.
Furthermore, I have no access to my Planner either, so maybe its a box issue?

Thanks again jb38 for taking your time to help me out here.
Have tried resetting the LNB values, all were as you had suggested they would be. I reset them all as advised, but still nothing. I did switch the box off and back on afterwards, but still no joy....(sobs uncontrollably)!
Might try your suggestion about swapping with my neighbours box, temporarily, unless of course their hard drive is bigger than mine!

No Sky since last night at about 18:00.
Weird thing is that neighbours seem to be ok, but they don't have HD, should that make a difference?
