could you please explain how a resident of UK receives their TV channels? I live in California my sister lives in London! She tells me she receives her TV thru the antenna!! on the roof of her building. She seem to have a lot of trouble receiving TV channels (not sure which ones, I didn't realize there were so many). I have not lived in UK for 25 years and technology has come so far. She bought a new TV when the change went to digital from analog and recently the TV stopped working she was told she needed a new one so she purchased a new one and that doesn't work. We are both in our late sixty's but I'm more tech savvy than her but I don't know how to help her because i am unfamiliar with your system. We have dish TV and pay for the various packages available to ones choice of channels. Where would you get similar service in the UK . It seems to me she is being taken advantage of because she doesn't understand the new technology and I would appreciate your help or if you could direct me in the right direction I can try to research it for her.
