Hi... My sister lives in the Abruzzo region of Italy on the east coast & has Sky+ HD. She was able to get UK digitalsatellitechannels except for any ITV/BBC ones & now cannot receive anything except 'no satellite signal'. She has tried all 3 steps mentioned above & from reading the previous posts, I suspect it could be an LNB issue. Can you suggest anything & also how she may get ITV/BBC channels although this could be a 'dish size' issue. Thanks
