my daughter recently moved into a flat which had a skydish,luckly we had an old white sky box but no sky card, after setting it up we couldn't recieve bbc1,bbc2,ch4 or ch5 yet we could get itv1,2,3 etc even ch4+1.When going on the channels we couldn't recieve it would display the message:-for your information 36.I tried to align the dish but it made no differance.Do i need a card?and can i even get one for this box?
