I live in Brighton and hove and after the switchover I( lost BBC SOUTH and have BBC SOUTH EAST. I prefer the old BBC SOUTH> How can I adjust the receiver for this?

I am going on holiday on Monday 27/02/12 which means 5that I won't be home for the digital switchover due on the 7th March. Will my recording schedule be affected by the change over?
