Does the analogue signal switch off during the early hours of 17th or the early hours of the 18th? So we retune on the 17th?

I have to ask as people keep asking me and it got me wondering..

Thanks mike.. itv news didn't mention anything about analogue itv moving, from the information on this site it looked as though it was going along with bbc 2 given bbca takes its slot. (Until of course analogue completely goes).

Mr singh, its possible your picking up more than one digital transmission.I'm in the waltham radial but can get belmont really clearly despite being 90degrees off with the aerial! (And it matches the signal strength of waltham on the itv multiplex).

Repeat signals are listed in the 800s, you will likely find some digital tv channels there too.

That's why the freeview signals are on different frequencies. Just remove the belmont channels from your freeview device when you scan, simples.

I've heard a rumour that sdn mux is still at low power and 16QAM (2k) and won't increase until october, it got me thinking because all the other muxes have increased to 80-90 percent signal strength (on my pc signal meter) but sdn stays around 30-40 percent. Can. Anyone confirm?
