My mothers Panasonic Digital TV in Stourbridge was receiveing Freeview no problem and then it said new services were available do you wish to retune. So we did and have lost IV1 Channel4 and Channel5 but have BBC1,2,3,4 and ITV+1 etc
How can we get these three channels back/ I have tried retuning a number of times and nothing. The dates were the 19th and 20th Feb.
We get all the channels on a set in another room so it cannot be signal.
