Hi, My mum has had italian tv for the last 4 years the satalite dish has been fitted via hot bird but the other day her digitalreceiver stopped working it is (ID Digital F-20E)i think we may need to get a new one , can you recommend the best one to buy and can i just exchange it myself with the new one
