I successfully returned my Phillips set top box on 30th March however, every day I get a message "an update has been received for this channel", when I press ok BBC channels disappear and I have to retune again. I have a loftaerial pointed at Waltham and the signal is strong enough to run two TV's using an amplifier. Can anyone help please?
