Thanks JB38. If I can get the sky frequency I should be able to tune the Freesat box in..assuming it's not going to be s subscription chan. Hopefully sky 117 will not be local ( to the south) and gives the northern programme I'm after....fingers crossed.

Hmm.....it looks like I'll just have to wait and see...keeping my fingers and everything else crossed. I really appreciate all of the info you've found out and enlightened me with.....I will keep watching this site for any updates....

Thank you. It's tuned in now, not sure about the programmes yet, seem to be non Northeast related some of them. Possibly test transmissions until it starts in December.....

Hello.
Yes I am viewing on my sky box with my sky card inserted....I don't use any other non standard type of card.
As soon as it tuned it appeared without problems.
I did try on my Freesat box, but as expected it didn't show that any channels had been found.
I'm keeping an eye on the programme content and getting an idea of which programmes to watch.

I live down south but would like to see this....can I get it on Sky or Freesat?
