We just have bought a new Samsung TV but now cannot get ITV through the digitalfreeview box (Humax). Without the box the TV works fine, gets all channels but with the Humax connected we get all channels except ITV C4 C5 ITV + 1 etc. Have tried retuning but nothing. Postcode is LL76 8SQ our transmitter is Llanddonna. We know we had to retune on Nov 14 and we did. Have another TV with another Humax (same model) and that works fine but it is a different aerial (but facing same way)Both aerials are on the roof. We assume it's a fault with the Humax but how do we correct it?
