Thats ok as I also have multiroom and other box is fine.just rebooted it without the viewing card and it fine at the moment thanks for your help

I got a new 3d tv and when sky sent the signal I started getting problems with the signal.it would be ok then after I change chanels I lost signal. Reboot box work for a while then go again
