Indeed KMJDerby, hopefully.

Can't figure out why, pre , Calbeck had ERPs of 10 and 3.2 KW while is restricted to 2.3 and 1.6 kw. Even 10 kw would make a big difference here.

It's a real pity (the nearest transmitter to me) is Freeview Lite post DSO as well.

Hopefully, wont be a problem here after the increase at Divis. Even 50 kw should make a big difference. .

Has anyone noticed dropping in the last week for Mux2 Chans (,Ch4, Ch5 etc), while all other Muxs & Chans remain full strength? Is there current maintenance?
My wife has complained about "" for half of Corry and Titanic!

I live in a block of 11 flats,where we share a communial ariel,all new equipment fitted in each home and a new ariel fitted to the , for the change over.
There have been very few problems until the past week,when we have lost for up to 5hrs a day,since the sun has been shining.
Between 10.00a.m and 3.00p.m and a hour later since the clocks were put forward.
Any advice,please?

It's all due to conditions. is bombing in here today so obviously that's the problem (Caldbeck shares a number of frequencies with ).

You'll just have to wait until this high pressure disappears.

Hopefully, this kind of thing wont happen after 24th October when Divis has a massive increase to 100/50 kw. Current ERP levels are only a measly 2.3/1.6 kw.

was swamping in parts of yesterday afternoon...

Peter i wouldn't worry about Carnmoney being Lite in a few years time all Tx's will be down to 3 psb multiplexs if what is being proposed goes ahead. have postponed the 600mhz auction as the DTT allocations are to be used for mobile this has been agreed at a world conference.
In a nutshell the death of tv in a format has begun, if they close the c/d group and force over 40% of the countries transmitters to be retuned, transmitters such as . , , Huntshaw to name a few requiring changes. It would be utter chaos...
