My postcode is NW1 9JN. Arts has recently vanished from and complete retune has failed to bring it back. All other working fine, with strong . Why, and how do I get Sky Arts back? Call to Freeview customer service yesterday failed to explain or resolve the problem.

Guy de Jonquieres: You're only 14km away from and predicted to receive a strong . Are you able to receive Sky Mix on LCN 11? Are any other missing? Sky Arts swapped places with Pick when Pick became Sky Mix, so if this is the first time you've retuned since then and you are receiving Sky Mix on 11 you should find Sky Arts on 36. It's also worth checking the 800s in case it has ended up there.

It's also worth pointing out that you are surrounded by a lot of mobile phone masts. If you are missing other , you may be missing a complete , which may be due to mobile .

You should have received a postcard from Restore TV, you can put your postcode in at
