Marie and Mrs Rolea: You both have the same problem - your aerial are not working properly. And nobody is going to send a technician.....

Myrtill Bakai:

Without a full post code it is impossible to assist. Provide that and we can check which of over 1000 transmitters you ought to be using and what the receptions conditions are.

Brenda Winson: There are no faults showing for Divis (the most likely transmitter for your postcode) so the problem is almost certainly in your aerial system somewhere. Are all of your TVs connected to the same aerial? Does it have a powered amplifier to distribute the signal around your home? If it does, check that the power supply is still working as the situation you describe is commonly caused by the power supply to the amplifier failing which causes it to block all signals from aerial getting through to the TVs.

Is there any reason why I can't get ITV Hub on my LG 49LF590V TV from the Sandy Heath transmitter? There are a myriad of other networked services available but I can't see that for ITV. Although clearly not an aerial problem, my location is NN12 7TN.

LG haven't been helpful with their response.

GeordieLad: ITV hub is via the net, and has zero to do with your aerial.

Almost certainly its because the LG isn't able to use the app, which isn't so surprising, since ITV's is a relative pain for all the companies. Assuming they are not going to supply a ITV app for that software, just get a Now TV box, etc that will.

GeordieLad: ITV Hub in an app on your TV and has nothing to do with any transmitter. It doesn't seem to be available on any LG TVs other than those which have Freeview Play which allows you to view programs on all the main catchup services by scrolling backwards through the program guide.

I have a chimney mounted aerial and a human 2000t box. My postcode is ng11 so presume I'm using the Waltham transmitter?

I get all the hd channels but I'm missing afew others still. I'm unable to get ch91 frontrunner TV which I thought I'd be able to get with this recorder.

Any ideas?
