Hi, I'm in Derby and I've lost Film 4 and ITV 4, channels 15 and 24 respectively. I keep trying to retune, installation, but still no joy.

I CAN'T GET C4 or film 4. Ive retuned loads of times and sometimes get the channels but the reception is not very good with any recording doing a lot of jumping and freezing. It's a bit of a pain retuning since it means all of my series recording info goes up the spout. Help!!!!!

I have retuned my freeview box twice and each time I have no Film 4 on C15. Can I manually tune it in without a complete retune which loses all my timers ?
