hello everyone, We have sky hd in our living room and a second hd box in the bedroom, Our first hd box in th eliving room is working fine but the second one has a message on screen, This card does not belong to this box.. we are confident that it is, cause we have never had sky service in our home before, and these are the only 2 cards in the house.
Should I call sky or will this problem go away by itself?
Stragely we never really use the second box but has always been switched on standby, could this have something to do with it?
