Thank you so much. My son is now happily watching cbbc after the technician came back out to check which satelite he was connected to. He was coonected to an arabic satelite. Thanks again Sally

I'm in Burgundy in France and have recently moved house and wanted to install english tv in the new house. We have been using our old sky box and dish from the uk at our previous french address for 10 years without a problem. The new house is in a town and the roof height was too high for my so a local fitter came out his morning, put up a new dish and now the box won't work. On his receiver thingy he is able to connect to dozens of channels but the skybox won't. The box was working an hour before at the old address but now says 'no signal' I have tried unplugging and resetting but nothing is working. Any help is appreciated
