HI I had the same problem, rang alpha aerials sudbury 312822, they were very helpful and got me sorted, now have all channels back and wife is happy again

channel line up that was on 50 (channels you are after) are now on channel 63, I lost these at last re-tune, simon at Alpha aerials 01787 312822 was very helpful and very reasonable, now have all freeview back on all my t.v's

you have lost these channels due to signal levels being low, do you have a wideband aerial and/or any amplifier on you aerial? if you still have an old aerial oyur options are either new wideband aerial or wait until june 27th retune when the multiplex changes to channel 56 from its current 63

Had similer problems on my tv's in sudbury, try Alpha aerials on 01787 312822, simon came out and sorted the problem for me, know got all channels back, he was very helpful and very reasonable
