I live in a smalll block of 12 flats,3 on each floor. aAt he back of the flats is a piblic pathway from the front. There are a number of trees situated at the back. this has resulted in most of the tenanants placing their skydish out side my flat window. There are 4 to 6 dishes . This looks awfull and does affect the price of my property. The building is part London and Quadrant tenants and part private. Is there anything I can do about all those dishes ? and no permission was asked of me.
