StevensOnln1: Thank you for your interest. My radio does not have a manual tune function. It is a Beat, Model:BEAT390. I have tuned into 46 stations: 7 on 10C; 8 on 10D; 17 on 11A and 14 on 11B. I am in Maidenhead Berkshire.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, the Beat 390 is manufactured for the UK market.
DAB frequency range is 174-240 MHZ.
I bought the radio in February 2015. Initially it tuned into the BBC national channels. Then in March 2016 (just less than a month after the warranty ran out) I started the engine whilst the radio was playing one of the BBC channels and lost all the channels I had tuned into. Since then I have not been able to tune into any of the BBC national channels. I have tried all the obvious things like resetting the unit.
Do you think it's possible that a power surge could have compromised the tuner?

I have not tackled taking the unit out yet.
I did remove the fuse (in the car) for the audio but I guess this would not do the same as removing the ISO plug since, when I put the fuse back in, the unit had retained all its memory.

I can tune into the SDL national channels on my DAB car radio but I cannot tune into the BBC national channels.
Any suggestions?
