We are having problems receiving 5 USA 5* and ITV3. This has been over the last couple of months. Also for at least the last month we have had to re-scan ALL channels every morning. We wrongly assumed everything would resolve with the new channels added/swopped around as at yesterday's date but no - problem still exists. We have a booster which improved things slightly. We are informed that we have 3 different areas we can pick up signals from - our P/C is PL26 8XJ. We have an outside and an internal loftaerial, when plugging into the external aerial we lose all BBC channels! We have checked on the internet that informs us there is no signal problem from any of the 3 sites. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
