My local transmitter in Aldeburgh doesn't transmit channel 81. Is there any way to find out whether it will be added any time soon?

In IP16 Aldeburgh IP15 is the local transmitter. Only 19 freeview TV channels are available. The next nearest transmitter Tacolneston NR16 which has 88.
Is there any way to receive more channels?
