Seems predictive text has really messed up my post sorry point is she can't get ITV northwest now I have rescinded and I need help to get this channel back

Hi yes sorry predictive text messed up the message.postcode is ch663lw. Strange but it's only ITV and +1 that I can't get all the others are fine but these are Welsh Will be brilliant if you can help thank you

I have rescinded my neighbours ours tv as she was,getting messages on sunscreen that she needed to update. My neighbour is a pensioner who has freebies and is not techno at all. I rescanned and now catcher ITV northwest.or +1. All the other channels are fine except for this and she now can only get ITV Wales and is not happy as she is not very well and doesn't get out of the house much so the TV means a lot to her. Can you please tell me how I can refund ITV northwest. I know there has to be a way and now I feel terrible as she is getting quite d I dressed.
