why cant i get subtitles on itv2 hd on my freesat panasonic blue ray hard drive equipment

about a couple of years ago i bought a humax freeview box and i even mentioned about the problem with the green screen on this forum ,i think some one mentioned on here that the reason i was getting it ,is because my tv and box wernt 'not shaking hands', and so i sold it,and bought the freesat panasonic 750 blue ray hard drive recorder..but recently my girlfriend bought humax hard drive rec. from comet and i asked the assisant if the green screen problem had been sorted .he assured every thing was ok now. but when we set it up to my surprise the same problem was still there. i thought this problem had been corrected. she had to switch it on and off a few times before it came on.this just isnt on especially the price we pay for such equipment ..obviously she wouldnt have bought this if she had known ...surely other customers are experiencing this problem..please advise thanks

i have a free view aerial in stalled and its been great until this winter, but the picture is always breaking up this winter and i am really fed up of it can any one help

may i hasten to add that my son has a portable tv with a n indoor aerial in his bed room..and his picture is also breaking up and so is the one in the kitchen with indoor aerial my post code i s ws86bb

david this problem as only started this winter ,we have had no problwms before,i have retuned my tv and its better. but i may have to set it back to factory settings,,but do i need to set the portable tvs to factory setting or retune

recently i posted a problem of my picture using an out door aerial and the breaking up of my picture on freeview...but i hadnt noticed that the next door neighbour recently installed a sat .dish right next to it,could this be the problem for my freeview picture breaking up all of a sudden thanks
