R- Maybe first call could be a local or national installer to ask if there are any reported problems, also neighbours to see if its the same with them ?
If the problem isn't at the BBC end then the problem may well be at your end ?

Charlotte - Just to add to jb38's advice, If you want to know if there is a problem in your flat, A simple signal test at the wall plate will tell you.
Any aerial engineer will be able to do this for a small call out charge, prob take about 15 mins

Dave Lindsey/Peter Hedges- On the EPG recrding problem ? If recording BBC1 and choosing ch800 surely the recorder will follow the Oxford transmitter EPG as this will be the one shown on the guide?
just a side thought?

Mike- are you watching freeview thru a built in tv or a freeview box? if its a freeview box, how is it connected to the tv? are there any other tv's in the house connected to the aerial?

Antony Portno, KMJ,Derby- Antony did the device ask you to select region after re-tuning? if so check BBC2 and BBC1 have the same frequency?
KMJ,Derby i have noticed some freeview boxes after asking for a region then only alter BBC1 and ITV but store the others on the first come first stored basis, only the odd box tho?

NigelVain-have your tried a factory reset? after that i would try a freeview box on the aerial cable to rule out the tv as the problem

Savid Waterhouse- i know you said you are recieving from emley moor, but with relays being around the tuning may still state so even if your tv's are picking up the relay signals,
double check the frequency numbers with the ones Dave Lindsey has provided

David Waterhouse- Just for elimination process, can you remove the amp from 1 of the sets and re-check the signal figures ?
