Step I missed in last post - when in Installation -Transponder; put Transponder on 5 (of 94) before changing Frequency. No idea if this is important or not, but I was trying to tune for a specific channel rather than total rescan.

This is for UNJUST as I too couldn't get Channel 5 group on my Ross Free to Air receiver and the instructions are useless. This is what I did - use the menu to bring up Installation, down and pick Transponder then down and pick Frequency - use yellow button to edit - enter 10964 and then (with some trepidation as it took me an entire weekend to get it going in first place) red button to scan. Channels have moved around but all seem to be there - including 5! Hurrah!
