Andrew - it seems you can't use a splitter. You would seem best served by adding another drop cable from the LNB on your dish. If you have only one output on the LNB, upgrade to a quad LNB...you'll find soon enough you'll want the extra feeds. The cables are relatively easy to make up and fit. Putting a hole in the wall is the hardest bit.

Having read a few posts, can I say thanks for clarifying some of the mystery. I have a Humax Freesat decoder with twin HDD and now a Panasonic Blu-ray recorder with twin HDD and a Panasonic TV with Freeview & Freesat. The Freview reception from Sandy Heath breaks up a lot so I am now using all four drops from the dish to feed the recorders...is there any way of getting another(!) feed to the TV as well or do I need a new dish.
