Has anybody got mux2 working again, if so what did you do, just to add have enjoyed digital fault free for 2 years till notts switchover, no one from helpdesk is interested and frankly rude

cheers for the quick response, we havent got anything else plugged in, the ariel was new a couple of years ago, a mate round the corner just bought a brand new ariel and we tried everything point it one way you get everything but mux2 point it opposite way get only mux2 nothing else. thing i cant understand is everything working fine until the 13th, been told its tough have to wait tilkl august and point to waltham

Same problem as everyone else, lost orb, channel 4 etc, when will someone take some action. I think going forward more like going back I am sick of retuning.
