Dave Lindsay : hi dave my problem is im trying sort this out for my mum.What can i do for her thers a big white strip with writing on it across the channel .How do go about getting rid of it?

hi im in n.ireland and my freeview tv tells my i have to update my saorview equipment before the 2nd of april how do i do this? i have retuned my freeview channels and that didnt help
