please listen to me ? i joined SKY on the 11 .12 .13 so far Ive no television and so fed up with no phone connection i went back to virgin, action at last they gave me a temp. number (01162107189) .? sky have promised to send an engineer but nothing has happened, the wife and I are nearing ninety and disabled
this is not the way to treat new clients ,we had no telly all xmas plus nothing new year celebrations, this shambles is not fit for purpose and i reallyhope somebody can sort this mess out, please thank you
