Below are all of Anthony's postings, with the most recent are at the bottom of the page.Am i correct in assuming the Nottingham transmitter will not be carrying the proposed new HD versions of BBC 3/4 News 24 etc which would be a shame as i understand Nottingham is no longer a relay but a digital transmitter in its own right
I see they will be available from Waltham and Sutton Coldfield but unfortunately reception from these transmitters is very poor at my address

Confused of Nottingham!!!
At my address i can only receive the Nottingham transmitter and understood it would NOT be transmitting the new BBC HD channels
However i am getting perfect reception of BBC3 HD on 105 but despite retuning no BBC4 HD or BBC NEWS HD

Nottingham
My post code is NG3 5BW and pleased to report excellent HD and free-view reception from the Nottingham transmitter both with an outside aerial and with a loft aerial supplying other than the main television
Looking at the switchover information for the 31st i am confused as Nottingham is not listed as a relay of either Waltham or Sutton Coldfield
I realise Nottingham has already switched but was always under the impression it was a relay station of Waltham?
